Fact is an estimated 20.8 MILLION Americans, have diabetes and each year another 1.3 million will be diagnosed with the disease. As a nurse I have seen the worst of the worst, diabetes can affect every system in your body if you do not take care of yourself! Every time I have someone come in to the E.R. in a diabetic crisis I will ask them, “How in the world did your blood sugar get that high”. The general response I get is I didn’t know where my glucose monitor was?!?!?!

So I have done some research online and found there are several places that will send you monitors for absolutely free all you have to do is fill out your insurance/ Medicaid/Medicare information. I mean it is free!! There is no sense in someone not having the means to test there blood sugar.

I am begging you if you have diabetes and need a monitor or have a loved one that has diabetes and needs a monitor please, please give this place a try Click here to get a FREE glucose monitor and free delivery. Even if you don’t use this on this is just an example of one I found all you have to do is a websearch, Thats all I did! There really is no excuse. Please this is a very serious disease and all it take is some precautionary efforts! Thanks for reading my article and how ever you do it just take care of yourself!

A nurse with an opinion trying to help people in need with helpful advice!
